Meeting Schedule
Members and Friends of the Oregon GNSS Users Group,
Please renew your membership to the Oregon GNSS Users Group for 2025, or consider joining us if you are not already a member. Our organization serves everyone utilizing GNSS professionally in Oregon. We aim to keep our membership informed of the constant change to all things related to GNSS, and provide educational meetings and occasional workshops throughout the year. Dues are a bargain at $12/year, and entitle you to attendance at our semi-annual meetings and presentations, typically held in January and summer of each year, as well as discounts to our workshops. Existing or prior members can pay 2025 dues here: http://www.ogug.net/dues-notice.html. New members can fill out a membership application and pay dues here: http://www.ogug.net/membership-info.html. Not sure if you’ve paid your 2025 dues? Check the membership list here: http://www.ogug.net/membership-list.html (those who have paid 2025 dues are listed with the date paid). Please note that in addition to accepting checks for payment as we always have, we also accept credit and debit card payments on our website via PayPal.
Speaking of our semi-annual meetings, our next meeting will be held on Friday, January 17, from 1:00-4:00 p.m. at the Salem Convention Center, located at 200 Commercial Street SE in Salem, Oregon. Our meeting is being held in conjunction with the 2025 Annual Conference of the Professional Land Surveyors of Oregon, but registration at the PLSO Conference is not required for OGUG members who wish to attend our meeting that afternoon. Our presenters include Robert Keene of the Oregon Institute of Technology, Jon Aschenbach of Summerlake Enterprises, Randy Oberg & Eric Zimmerman of the Oregon Department of Transportation and a presentation by Oregon State University. The final agenda is still being tweaked, but we will send that out in a couple of weeks when it’s ready. More information can be found at our website (http://www.ogug.net/meetings.html) and the PLSO website (https://www.plso.org/Conference).
Wishing you a happy holiday season,
The Oregon GNSS Users Group

Thanks to all of you who attended our semi-annual meeting last month in Salem. It was the biggest turnout for a regular summer meeting that I can remember since I started attending in 2011.
Attached are the minutes from last month's meeting—they are also posted on our website along with other past meeting minutes here: http://www.ogug.net/meeting-minutes.html.
Also, for those of you who attended the meeting and wanted to refresh your memory on the presentations, they are posted on our website here: http://www.ogug.net/meeting-slideshows.html. The latest presentations are at the bottom of the webpage. Of course, if you weren’t able to attend, you can take a look to see what you missed.
Thank you for supporting the Oregon GNSS Users Group, and have a good summer,
